This Agreement is entered into between:
Provider: “Diggy LLC”, a company duly registered and operating under the laws of the Republic of Armenia, with its office located in Yerevan (hereinafter referred to as “Diggy”, “we” or “us”),
and
User: {{user_telegram_id}}, an individual who has logged in and used the Diggy Bot (hereinafter referred to as “you” or “User”).

This Agreement governs the terms and conditions under which Diggy LLC acts as an intermediary agent to facilitate your purchase of cryptocurrency using fiat currency (AMD) on Telegram or other supported platforms via the Diggy Bot interface.

Diggy receives your crypto purchase order via the Bot.
Based on real-time exchange rates, Diggy executes the corresponding order on your behalf, by your order.
Prices are dynamic and based on market conditions on supported exchanges.
The transaction is executed in AMD. USD, EUR and RUR equivalents are displayed at checkout for informational purposes only.

Payments are processed through the «Ameria Bank» VPOS terminal via Paylink provider.
Your card details are never stored or accessed by Diggy.
All applicable service or processing fees are included in the final price you confirm before making the payment.

Crypto is sent to the wallet address you provide during the order process.
Delivery times vary from instant to a maximum of 10-15 minutes, depending on the blockchain network and operational load.
In some unforeseen cases, due to temporary disruptions in banking or exchange services, the order delivery time may take longer, but it does not exceed reasonable times. These cases are subject to discussion between you and Diggy LLC support staff.
You are responsible for providing a valid and correct wallet address.

Refunds are only possible in rare and exceptional cases, at the discretion of Diggy LLC staff and only if:

• You provide valid KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• The refund will be made to the same cardholder account that was used for the original payment.
• Refund requests should be explicitly done from the same Telegram account, used to make an order.
• The costs associated with the refund (e.g., processing fees) will be deducted from the amount refunded.

If you do not agree to these terms, do not proceed with any purchase.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and can lose value quickly.
Diggy does not offer investment advice or guarantee any returns. You use our services at your own risk.

This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of RA.
Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.

Downloading this agreement constitutes full legal acceptance of all terms and conditions set forth herein. If you do not agree, do not use the Bot.
The Agreement shall enter into force upon download and shall remain in effect for all subsequent purchases made through Diggy Bot until terminated by either party.

This Agreement is available in Armenian, Russian and English. In case of conflict, the Armenian version shall prevail, unless otherwise provided by law.

Diggy LLC respects the principle of anonymity in cryptocurrency transactions. Users are not required to undergo a Know Your Customer (KYC) check for general use of Diggy Bot, except in cases where a refund is required (see Section 7), as well as for the activation of additional transactions.
However, it is the sole responsibility of the user to comply with any local laws or regulations that may require identification, reporting, or registration when purchasing or holding cryptocurrency in their country of residence. Diggy LLC does not provide legal or regulatory advice and is not responsible for any failure to comply with foreign laws.
