1. General
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Diggy Bot operated by Diggy LLC ("Diggy", "we", "us"). By using the Diggy Bot, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Bot immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have full legal capacity to use the Diggy Bot. By using the Bot, you confirm that you are not restricted by the laws of your country of residence from purchasing or holding cryptocurrency.
3. Scope of Services
Diggy provides a technical interface that allows users to request cryptocurrency purchase services. Diggy acts solely as an intermediary purchasing agent and does not provide investment advice, custody services, or financial guarantees.
4. Service Availability
The Diggy Bot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and reserve the right to suspend, limit, or modify the service at any time for technical, operational, or legal reasons.
5. Limits and Restrictions
Transaction limits may apply depending on payment method, user history, liquidity, or operational conditions. Available limits are displayed during the order process. Diggy is not obligated to process transactions exceeding displayed limits.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for: • providing correct wallet addresses and network details • ensuring legality of cryptocurrency use in your jurisdiction • safeguarding access to your Telegram account Diggy is not responsible for losses caused by incorrect user input.
7. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use the Diggy Bot for: • illegal activities • fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion • misuse of third-party funds without consent • abuse or interference with the Bot infrastructure
8. Suspension and Termination
Diggy reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Bot without prior notice if suspicious, abusive, or unlawful behavior is detected.
9. Limitation of Liability
Diggy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of funds due to blockchain errors, network congestion, or third-party service failures.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Yerevan, Armenia.
11. Relation to Other Documents
These Terms supplement the Cryptocurrency Purchase Agreement and Privacy Policy. In case of conflict, the Crypto Purchase Agreement shall prevail for transaction-specific matters.
